Subscribe to the mailing lists and become active in the discussions. Sharing your insights into other people’s issues is a great way to contribute!

Report bugs

If you find that the code is not behaving according to the documentation or that you have found a bug please check the open issues on our GitHub repository. If you cannot find an open issue addressing your problem open a new one.

Learn the code

Clone a copy of OSIRIS from our GitHub repository and start looking through the code. Be sure to check the documentation on how to compile the code.

Submit feature enhancements

We are always looking for new ideas! Before you start writing code you should reach out to the developers using the mailing list. Other developers may already be working on similar ideas and/or may be able to help you with your new idea. Also, check the code contributions section below.

Code contributions

All contributions are submitted as pull requests on our development GitHub repository (GoLP-IST/osiris). To be able to contribute to the code you need to join the OSIRIS project. This will give access to the development repository and the OSIRIS developer community.
